Satisfied or refunded: the Jacadi return policy

  • We hope you love what you ordered on Jacadi.us but we know it might not always be the case. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or return within 30 days from the shipment date, and within 60 days for Jacadi Club members. You can return your items by mail or by bringing it back in person to one of our Jacadi stores* in the U.S.

    RETURN BY MAIL USING A PREPAID LABEL

    1. Make sure the items you are returning are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box. Final sale items** cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Complete your Jacadi return packing slip indicating the items you wish to return and the reason for returning them. Once completed, including the return slip with the items you are returning.

    3. Create your prepaid UPS label by logging in as a guest to our online return platform. Print your return label and attach it to your return package.

    4. Drop your return package off to any UPS Access Point locations.

    Upon receiving your package, all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process. Once approved, we will refund you for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed and your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for it to reflect on your statement.


    RETURN TO A JACADI STORE

    You can exchange or return for a refund your online order in any of our Jacadi U.S. stores*. Simply bring to the store your packing slip, electronic receipt (available under “My Order” in your online account) or email confirmation. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you will be able to pay the difference in the payment method of your choice. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used online. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund funds to reflect on your statement. You will receive a confirmation by email indicating the return has been processed.

  • Jacadi Gifts bought in the U.S. can be exchanged in a Jacadi store* within 30 days of purchase, 60 days for Jacadi Club members, upon presentation of a gift receipt or an online packing slip.
  • If you are not satisfied with purchase made in one of our U.S. store and the merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days to any Jacadi participating locations* upon presentation of the original receipt.

    Credit card purchases will be refunded in the original form of payment. We are unable to refund cash purchases in their original form of payment, you will then be refunded on a U.S. debit or credit card upon presentation of a valid government-issued photo ID.

    Refunds or exchanges can only be done within the country the items were purchased.



    * Online orders can only be returned or exchanged in our participating U.S. Jacadi locations. This excludes: All Bloomingdale’s, Gilt, RueLaLa, Maisonette, Arcadia CA, Costa Mesa CA, Scottsdale AZ and all stores outside the U.S..
    ** Items discounted at 50% of the original price or marked as “final sale” online cannot be returned or exchanged.
